    If you are not fit you gonna suffer from things like FAT and other stuff in your olden times.

    Fitness is very important for health. Fitness gain by proper diet and exercise. To maintain fitness do exercise regularly. Keep walking. It the best exercise. Go to gym for doing proper exercise. You have to control on your food. Eat more vegetables and fruits. From that you get many vitamins which are very beneficial to health and fitness.

    Fitness is some thing which make you active energetic,quick and so much strong against the diseases .It is also goo to adopt some healthy manners and time consumption as well.Heart health is good through exercise and muscles are are great as well.
